How does Zool Global collect personal information?

Any personal information collected on our Website or our social media pages will state to the user that personal information is being collected.
From time to time, we obtain individuals’ personal information from third party referrals, such as co-workers at an organisation to contact that individual with regard to our goods and services or to provide our services.
We collect names and other contact details (and sometimes sensitive information) from third parties for the limited purpose of providing certain outsourcing services to such third parties. All relevant personal information collected is automatically removed from our systems 3 months after the relevant order has been processed by us.
What happens if you do not provide your personal information to Zool Global?
If you do not provide personal information that we request in connection with our activities, we may not be able to provide our products or services to you.
Why does Zool Global collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information?
We collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information as necessary for purposes directly related to our functions and activities, including:
- providing our products and services to our customers and to provide information relating to our products and services;
- direct marketing including promotions and newsletters;
- to develop data profile to enable us to tailor goods and services to individuals and to enhance the content of our Website; and
- to contract with individuals.
We track traffic patterns throughout our Website.
We use “cookies” on our Website. A “cookie” is a small amount of information which is transferred to the hard drive of your computer and which can identify your web browser but not you. A cookie can collect and store information, but cannot interfere with your computer. Most cookies that we use are “session cookies” that delete themselves at the end of your session.

Will Zool Global disclose personal information to anyone else?

No. We do not currently disclose your personal information overseas.
Unsubscribing from Zool Global’s marketing materials
Every time that we send emails or other materials for marketing or promotional purposes, our communications will contain instructions on how you may opt out of receiving direct marketing.
You can also opt out of receiving direct marketing by contacting the Privacy Officer.
Dealing with Zool Global anonymously or using a pseudonym
You may deal with us on an anonymous basis or using a pseudonym when making general inquiries through our Website [or social media pages]. However, we may need certain contact details from you to respond to inquiries.
Generally, we will need to collect certain personal information, such as contact details, in order to provide our goods and services.
If we host a blog or forum on our Website, you may use a pseudonym for publication on the Website. However, we will require that you provide your name and contact details confidentially to us.
Government related identifiers
While we may need to collect certain government related identifiers, such as Driver Licence numbers, Medicare numbers or TFNs in order to provide our goods and services, we do not use any government related identifiers as our own identifiers.

We continually review our security arrangements and to ensure that we are taking such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to protect your personal information from loss, interference or misuse and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

G.S.T is charged on all applicable items at the current rate of 10%
Credit Card Payments
Under no circumstances will your credit card information be given to any person, and will be used solely by Zool Global Pty Limited only for the specific purpose for which it was given. Customers receive a Tax Invoice with the delivery of their goods.
Credit card payments are processed using 128bit security encryption when communicating with our bank and are not stored on our servers after payment has been approved.
Customers receive a Tax Invoice electronically as a PDF file once their order has been approved.
